Pronounced "nice bug", the aim of the NYC *BSD User Group is to provide a forum for discussion
and a bridge to learning for the experienced and new *BSD users alike.
NYC*BUG meets monthly to discuss issues relevant to the *BSD community. We formed in December 2003 and look to not only bring together New York metropolitan *BSD users, but also to assist the BSD projects including: DragonFlyBSD, FreeBSD, NetBSD and OpenBSD. Our members have also been involved in organizing for BSDCan in Ottawa, a recent Kirk McKusick and Eric Allman meeting at Columbia University, and much more. |
